I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere for your needs. I had a pretty disappointing experience recently. The front staff was not only unhelpful but also seemed to lack basic customer service skills. I was hoping for some guidance, but the case management was a mess, which left me feeling even more frustrated. I really expected more support, especially for something as important as mental health services. It's a shame because I was looking forward to getting the help I need.
