I couldn’t believe how disappointing my experience was during my shoulder rehab post-surgery in Campbell. I had high hopes coming in, expecting a supportive environment that would help me regain my strength. Unfortunately, it felt more like a slog than a healing journey. Chris Ota, the practitioner, seemed rushed and wasn’t really listening to my concerns. It felt like I was just another number instead of a patient getting personalized care. The staff interaction was rough at best—one day someone almost shrugged off my questions, which left me feeling even more confused and unsupported. After a couple of sessions, I didn’t feel any improvement and started to dread going in for treatment. This was supposed to be a positive step towards recovery, but it felt more like an uphill battle. I’d recommend looking for a more caring environment if you’re in need of physical therapy in Hamann Park. It's disheartening to leave a place feeling worse than when you walked in.
