I must say, my experience in Dallas with this clinic was quite disappointing. As a mom, I was really hopeful for my child's medical care, especially during the initial appointment with Dr. Brooks. However, the communication felt lacking from the start, and the staff were surprisingly rude, which only added to my unease. I had expected a professional atmosphere, especially considering the range of services they offer, like chiropractic care and functional medicine consultations. Instead, I found it hard to get the information I needed, and it left me feeling uneasy about pursuing further care here. It might benefit them to invest some time in improving their approach to patient interactions and professionalism. Overall, I walked out feeling frustrated and apprehensive, which is not what I hoped for in a wellness center.
