After hearing about the positive impact on teenagers in our community, I decided to give this counseling center a try for some of my marital issues. Roxane was my counselor, and I was pleasantly surprised by her compassionate approach. She really listened and helped us navigate through some tough conversations. While there were moments where I felt disappointed that we weren't making faster progress, I appreciated her patience and perspective. It's nice to have such a supportive resource available right here on the Northwest Side of San Antonio. The atmosphere was calming, and I could tell that she genuinely cared about our well-being. I may return for individual sessions down the line, especially if we need ongoing support.

It's hard to find a place where you truly feel understood, but Wellspring of Life Counseling & Play Therapy Center nailed it! 🌟 I’ve occasionally visited for individual therapy, and every time, it’s been a warm and inviting experience. The staff, especially Nicole and JD, are so friendly and make the scheduling process a breeze. Plus, they really focus on your wellness journey without any pressure. If you’re looking for a supportive environment to explore your thoughts or feelings, I can't recommend this place enough! ❤️

Initially, I was looking for some solid support for my anxiety and depression, especially to help with a disability claim. I had high hopes going in, but the counselor didn’t provide the necessary documentation that I really needed. I felt a bit frantic trying to figure out what to do next! While the sessions were okay, the staff interaction was unhelpful when I requested therapy notes for my claim. It's a bummer because I really wanted to make progress, but this part was a letdown. I think there's a real opportunity for improvement here—providing supporting notes could make all the difference for someone in my situation. Just some food for thought!
