I have to say, my experience here left me feeling quite frustrated. I thought I would get some clear guidance on managing my diabetes, especially since I’d heard some good things about the local services in Lochwood. However, the doctor seemed rushed, and when I tried asking questions, the responses were not very helpful. It felt like communication was a big issue, and honestly, I left feeling more confused than when I arrived. The staff, too, didn't make it any better with their rather rude demeanor. I believe there's a definite need for improvement in how they communicate with patients and timely referrals to specialists when necessary. Overall, this experience has been quite disappointing for my health journey.
