It honestly felt like I had interrupted her coffee break instead of approaching a customer service scenario. I understand that everyone has off days, but if Sara prefers working from home, maybe that's a better fit for her? I was hoping for a smooth process, but it ended up feeling more like a chore than it should have. I’ve had better experiences elsewhere, and I genuinely hope that things improve here because the convenience of pharmacy services is too vital to dismiss.
