When I first stepped into the store, I was excited to snag some health and wellness products. I've always counted on their selection, but on this particular visit, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off. After grabbing a couple of items, I noticed that one of them didn’t seem quite right. It had a sort of dusty residue—definitely not the kind of cleanliness I expect when shopping. I tried to get the attention of the staff to address my concern, but I felt like I was invisible. It’s frustrating when you just want to ensure you’re picking up quality products, especially these days! I’d suggest they pay a bit more attention to product handling and cleaning procedures. It’s a shame because I really do appreciate their pharmacy options and eye care services; they just need to step it up a bit on the basics.

I must say, my recent visit to the Far North Central location was a letdown. I went in hoping to grab some fresh groceries, but a lot of the produce was either past its prime or even rotten. It’s frustrating when you’re looking forward to meal prepping with fresh ingredients, only to find sad-looking fruits and veggies. I thought about asking someone on the staff for help, but when I did, they seemed uninterested and didn’t offer any solutions. I really hope they can step up their game and ensure that their shelves are stocked with fresh items. It would make a world of difference for shoppers like me!

I occasionally pop in for a quick stop, and my last visit had me navigating the self-checkout. While scanning my items, I ran into a hiccup with the machine, which was pretty uncomfortable. Thankfully, Brandie from management swooped in quickly to help me out. She was fair and swift in resolving the issue, which I appreciated. I do think improving the overall employee behavior at the self-checkout area could make the experience smoother. I love shopping here, but I’d like a bit more support when tech issues arise!
