I wasn’t particularly impressed during my recent visit. I had high hopes for a relaxing manicure and pedicure, but I left feeling quite disappointed. The nail services seemed hurried, and unfortunately, my nails didn't last long at all. I was really looking forward to enjoying a fresh look, but it just didn't hold up. The staff interaction left a lot to be desired as well; I found them to be quite unreliable. I think a bit more focus on service quality could make a world of difference. It's a shame because I wanted to love this place!

I’ve been to Vina Nail in Indian Park Plaza, and I have to say, I left a bit disappointed. The staff was nice, but I couldn't shake the feeling that the cleanliness could use some serious improvement. A couple of days after my visit, I noticed some irritation that I’m pretty sure was due to nail fungus. Not the experience I was hoping for! Maybe they just had an off day, but I think they really need to step up their hygiene game to keep things safe and professional. 😕
