After visiting Prism Nails & Spa, I have to say I was pretty disappointed. I went in excited for a manicure, but the staff seemed a bit rude and inattentive to my requests. It felt like I was a bother rather than a valued customer. The manicure itself wasn't terrible, but the lack of courtesy made the experience less enjoyable. I would have appreciated a warmer atmosphere and a bit more attention to detail. Maybe a little training on customer service could go a long way here!

The pampering with the hot stone massage and sugar scrub was heavenly! I left feeling refreshed and utterly satisfied.
