I walked in with high hopes for some solid primary care, but I have to say, I left feeling pretty underwhelmed. The staff at VA South Texas health care seemed a bit uncaring, which really dampened my experience. It felt like I was just another appointment on their list rather than a person they were there to help. I think there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to both the care provided and customer service. I believe veterans deserve so much better!

I wasn't overly impressed with my recent experience. The staff were friendly and made an effort to help, but I found the location to be quite inconvenient. It took me a significant amount of time to get there, which really dampened the overall experience. It’d be great if they could consider reducing travel distance for patients, as it could make a noticeable difference for those of us juggling busy lives. Overall, I hope they improve this aspect because the potential for quality care is definitely there.
