After my visit to University Health for a vaccine appointment for my son, I was left feeling quite frustrated. I had hoped to get him vaccinated on time, but I ran into significant issues when trying to book an appointment. The scheduling process was confusing, and even when I managed to get through, the staff I spoke with were not very helpful and, honestly, a bit rude. It made what should have been a straightforward process into a really stressful experience. I think University Health needs to seriously consider improving their appointment scheduling and phone response times. I want to rely on them for my family's healthcare, but this visit really shook my confidence.
