I didn’t expect to feel so let down during my shopping trip. The availability of major brands was nice, but the selection felt a bit underwhelming overall. On top of that, the cashier wasn't exactly friendly or engaging; it felt more like a transaction than anything personal. I really believe customer service can change the whole experience, and I could have really used a warm smile or a friendly comment.
