I wasn’t expecting such a frustrating experience when I arrived for my appointment. First off, my appointment got canceled last minute, and then I had to wait way longer than anticipated for rescheduling. To make matters worse, the staff wasn't exactly friendly—rude might be a better word. It felt like I was invisible. I'd suggest they really need to improve their scheduling and communication. I just wanted some medical assistance, not a runaround.
