The Works Indy!

I must say, my experience at The Works Indy left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. While the concept of renting single rooms for wellness services is great, the facilities could definitely use some updating. The overall vibe just felt a little dated, which was surprising given all the buzz I had heard. However, the staff was friendly, and I appreciated having access to lock boxes upon request. With a few renovations, this place could really shine!

After just a few moments inside, I could feel the positive energy radiating throughout the space. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the welcoming smiles of the staff, every detail was spot on! I came in for a wellness exploration, unsure of what to expect, but those friendly faces quickly put me at ease. The staff took the time to explain everything and guide me through the various services available. I opted for a single room rental to try out some wellness activities, and it was just what I needed. I left feeling refreshed and inspired, eager to return for more—definitely a hidden gem for anyone looking to dive into their health journey!

I’ve been going to this wellness spot for a while, and I have to say, the vibe has changed. While the staff is always friendly and welcoming, I can’t help but feel a bit disappointed with the recent management decisions. On my last visit, I was looking forward to relaxing in the steam room, but it was closed without any notice. It would have been great if they'd kept the dry sauna open as an alternative since it seems like they could be managing the flow better during these times. Also, it would be nice if they posted updates about closures more proactively. I love this place for socializing, but I hope they work on keeping a few more amenities available. Just a little less charm recently, but I’m rooting for them to get back on track!
