It felt like a maze trying to navigate through all the paperwork and communication, and the staff wasn't particularly helpful when I sought assistance. I think they need to seriously improve their billing processes. It's a stressful time for expecting parents, and dealing with these complications on top of everything else was really overwhelming. I left feeling more anxious than excited. I hope they get this sorted out because the services they offer, like the prenatal and breastfeeding classes, have a lot of potential to be amazing!

A male nurse was a bit aggressive in his manner, which really didn’t help my anxiety when I was already feeling vulnerable. While I did get through it, I do wish they had someone who could have reassured me better. The facilities are great, and there are so many helpful classes like the Life with Baby and Breastfeeding Basics that I really appreciated post-delivery. However, I suggest that they ensure more compassionate communication and that no one feels like they’re being rushed or handled roughly during such a crucial time. It’s scary enough to be in labor without feeling like you’re alone in the hospital; perhaps having a support system closer to patients would help alleviate that fear.
