The Rise Gym

The first time I walked into that gym, I was instantly struck by the lively energy buzzing around! It felt like stepping into a world where my daughter could really thrive. We signed her up for the gymnastics classes, and from the very first session, I was impressed by how welcoming the coaches were. They really connect with the kids, making safety and fun their top priorities. I remember watching her in awe as she practiced her roundoff back handspring connections. The instructors were so patient and encouraging, and my daughter left every day with a huge smile on her face, eager to get back. It's such a joy to see her gain confidence and make friends in such an exciting and safe environment. I couldn't ask for a better place for her to explore gymnastics and cheer; it’s the kind of positive experience every parent hopes for!

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I've been bringing my child here occasionally for skill development and while I had high hopes, the experience has been less than stellar. It's rare to find a place where both the atmosphere and service match the enthusiasm of the activities, but this one missed the mark. The staff interactions felt rushed and, honestly, uninformed—like they were just going through the motions. I expected a welcoming environment where my child could feel encouraged, but instead, we encountered a front desk team that seemed overwhelmed and a bit rude. With such great potential in the classes like Ninjastics and Cheernastics, it's a shame the management doesn't back it up with better customer service. I truly think the owner needs to step in and prioritize treating families with respect. I want nothing more than to cheer on my own little cheerleading star, but I hope to see some improvements before we consider returning.

During my time at the gym, I was genuinely impressed by how much my kids learned in just a few sessions. The coaches have a way of making each class engaging and fun, which keeps the little ones excited about coming back. My son was thrilled to master his first roundoff back handspring connection! It's amazing to see the skills they develop, all while staying in a caring and supportive environment. Not only did my kids gain confidence, but they also built friendships that extend beyond practice. I can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a supportive atmosphere for your young athletes.
