I’ll never forget my experience here! After a frustrating period of dealing with a hip and glute injury, I was eager to find something that could expedite my recovery. From the moment I stepped inside, the friendly and knowledgeable staff made me feel right at home. They guided me through the different therapies, and I quickly decided to try out their cryotherapy. It was refreshing and invigorating! I was amazed at how quickly I started to feel relief. I also gave the red light therapy a shot, and I could swear that it helped ease my inflammation even more. It felt like a safe haven for recovery, and I truly enjoyed every session. I left feeling like I had a solid plan for my healing, and best of all, I recovered much faster than I ever anticipated. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to bounce back from an injury!
