I was blown away by how unwelcoming the atmosphere felt at The Recovery Center. I had heard good things about their detox programs and had decided to check it out for some family support. But when I walked in, the staff didn’t seem very friendly or approachable, which really dampened my spirits. I was hoping for a supportive environment, especially since these services are so crucial for individuals and their families trying to navigate recovery. Hopefully, they can work on their staff interactions to create a more inviting atmosphere for everyone.

After my visit, I couldn’t help but feel a wave of relief wash over me. Helping a family member navigate through addiction is no small feat, and I was a bit lost at first. The admissions staff were incredibly compassionate and professional—like a lighthouse guiding me through a stormy sea. Located right here in Oklahoma City, they made the whole process less intimidating and more about human connection. They took the time to truly listen, addressing not just logistics but also the emotional weight that comes with these situations. I’m grateful for the support and feel much more equipped to help my loved one on their recovery journey!
