To my surprise, I found the counseling sessions at Oklahoma City Comprehensive Treatment Center to be quite insightful. The counselors genuinely want to help and I appreciate the more personal approach. However, I've noticed that the staff at the front desk seem overwhelmed, which makes the check-in process a bit chaotic at times. It would be great if they could increase staffing to improve the overall experience. While I believe in the services they offer, like the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and individual therapy, I just wish the service flow felt a little smoother. Overall, I'm hopeful for a better experience during my weekly visits! 😊
