However, I occasionally found the treatment quality could vary; there were some sessions where I left feeling more frustrated than improved. Despite this, I remain loyal because I trust Dr. Alex's expertise and his commitment to finding solutions, especially as someone dealing with ongoing back discomfort. I think with a touch of refinement in the overall experience, this place could truly shine!

What drew me to The Joint Chiropractic was the idea of gentle, non-invasive care to help with my discomfort. However, my experience ended up being quite confusing and a bit uncomfortable. While I appreciate the concept of chiropractic adjustments, my session left me feeling a bit lost, especially with Chris as my practitioner. I wasn't sure about the techniques used and unfortunately, it didn't provide the relief I was hoping for. I think it might be beneficial for the team to reconsider having Chris provide adjustments for those who are new to chiropractic care. On the brighter side, Alex was friendly and tried to make me feel at ease, though it didn’t fully alleviate my concerns. I’ll be considering my options before returning, hoping to find a better fit for my needs.
