I didn’t know what to expect when I walked into Sweatheory in Los Angeles, but wow, it was an incredible experience! 😊 I decided to treat myself with a tarot reading from Meghan, followed by a Stretch and Restore class with Cicely. The tarot reading felt so personal and really gave me some food for thought—Meghan's intuition was spot on! After that, I joined the yoga class, which was perfect for unwinding. Cicely’s gentle guidance left me feeling completely relaxed. To top it all off, I finished my day in one of their infrared saunas, and let me tell you, I left feeling like a new person! 🌟 If you’re looking for a place to de-stress and rejuvenate, I highly recommend Sweatheory; the vibe is amazing and the staff is incredibly friendly. While I waited for my Stretch + Restore session in Los Angeles, I couldn't help but soak in the calming atmosphere. Devon's gentle guidance instantly set me at ease. Each sauna has its own shower, which made it super convenient for a quick freshen up after my session. The staff were polite and attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout my visit. My only suggestion would be to crank up the temperature a bit more for those who love the intense heat experience. Also, the door could use a little adjustment, as it was slightly tricky to close securely. That said, it was still a great escape, and I’ll definitely be back for more relaxation sessions.
