After my visit to detox services in North Philadelphia, I left feeling quite disappointed. I was really hopeful about getting clean and thought I would find the support I needed. There were moments of good interaction with some staff, but overall, many were rude and seemed ignorant of the struggles we face. The schedule wasn't followed well, which affected the effectiveness of the program. I truly wish there was better consistency and more compassion from the staff. I believe this place has the potential to make a real difference if they address these issues. 😞
