I believe a bit more patience and effort at the front could turn a good experience into a great one. Overall, I appreciated the care I received from the practitioners, especially Cindy, but I think there's room for improvement in making the whole visit seamless for patients walking in for gastroenterology or orthopedic concerns. Here's hoping they can provide that little extra touch in the future!
