I didn't expect my visit to be so disappointing, especially after hearing positive things about the place. I went in for a surgical procedure and there were multiple bumps along the way. While Dr. Parker was skilled and attentive, the nursing staff left a lot to be desired. On a couple of occasions, their responses felt rather rude and definitely unknowledgeable, which added to my anxiety when it should have been a calm experience. The facility itself could use a deep clean and some TLC; it didn't quite match the welcoming atmosphere I was hoping for. I think improving the nursing staff's behavior and elevating the cleanliness could really help turn things around. I genuinely want this place to succeed, so I hope they take this feedback to heart.

I never expected to feel so frustrated after my visit. I went in, hopeful for surgery, but was turned away because of my BMI. It would have been really helpful if someone could have communicated eligibility standards clearly before scheduling my appointment. The staff seemed a bit unprofessional and I left feeling disappointed and confused. I wish they would improve their communication so others don’t have to go through the same experience. 😞
