I went in for a pain management injection recently after getting a recommendation from my neurologist. I had high hopes, but the experience was a bit confusing. The staff seemed nice enough, but I felt like I landed in a whirlwind of mixed messages regarding what to expect and the process itself. Dr. Khan was professional, but I think better communication about getting login credentials and how to access my medical passport would have made things smoother. Overall, I got what I needed, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the coordination of care.

Their expertise in orthopedic surgery and pain management was evident, and I appreciated their compassionate approach. It was clear they genuinely wanted to help me on my journey to recovery. Overall, my experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I am so grateful for the care I received at this facility.
