Without hesitation, I thought I could trust Texas Health Resources for a simple chest X-ray for my infant. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The staff was surprisingly rude, which only added to my stress during such a worrying time. I expected clear communication, especially when it involves my child's health, but that was sorely lacking. It's heartbreaking to feel let down by a health service. I hope they improve their staff professionalism and learn to treat worried parents with a bit more kindness.
