I was looking for immediate relief from swelling after my surgery, particularly in Dallas where options can sometimes feel overwhelming. The massage itself was quite soothing and did help alleviate some of that post-op discomfort. However, I felt that the staff, especially Dora, was a bit unprofessional in how they communicated with me. I really value clear communication when it comes to my care, and it seemed like there were gaps in understanding the process and what to expect. I think if they improved their approach to patient interaction, it could really enhance the experience. Overall, while I did find some relief, I left feeling a bit disappointed by the service aspect. It’s a great location with potential, but a little more attentiveness would go a long way!
