After trying to get some relief from my kidney stones, I found myself feeling pretty frustrated with the whole experience. I went in hoping for an accurate diagnosis, but the interaction with the staff was far from professional, and I left with more questions than answers. I really think they need new doctors who can take the time to listen and provide better care. When you're in pain, the last thing you want is to feel like just another number. Here's to hoping for better experiences in the future!

I walked in feeling pretty anxious, but I was immediately put at ease by the first nurse I encountered. She was friendly, attentive, and really made me feel safe, which is so important in a situation like an emergency room visit. Unfortunately, that comfort didn't last. The second nurse I encountered was rather rude, which left me feeling a bit disappointed. It was like I was on an emotional rollercoaster! I think they really need to address some staff shortages and maybe encourage more friendly interactions among the team. Overall, I appreciated the care I received, but I hope they work on the staff culture.
