What amazed me was how quickly I felt the stress wash away during my Swedish and deep tissue massage. Gabby genuinely has a gift for making you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. Her compassionate touch and intuitive skill really helped melt away all the tension I carry around. I walked in feeling weighed down and left floating on air! I occasionally treat myself to a massage, but this experience was truly exceptional. Highly recommend for anyone in need of serious relaxation!

To say I'm a little mixed about my experience would be an understatement. I went in for a deep tissue massage, hoping for some much-needed relief in my back and shoulders, and while I did get some of that, I was left feeling a bit disappointed overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome right from the start, which is a huge plus! However, I felt like there was a bit too much focus on my upper body and not enough attention to my legs and feet, which also needed some love. Perhaps a more balanced approach would enhance the experience. I appreciate the effort, but I left wishing for a more holistic touch. I might give it another go in the future but would definitely mention my concerns beforehand.

Before leaving, I hoped for a smooth experience, but my visit turned out to be quite the opposite. I had an appointment scheduled and was really looking forward to it, but not only was there a last-minute cancellation, but getting any clear communication about it proved nearly impossible. I understand that things can happen, but I felt disappointed by the lack of updates or apologies. When you're constantly rescheduling, it can be frustrating, especially when you just want a little consistency in your services. I do think it would improve the overall experience if they could get better at keeping their clients in the loop and really work on their scheduling. It’s a shame because it has potential, but I left feeling quite let down.
