I didn’t expect my visit to be so frustrating. While the doctor I saw was knowledgeable and genuinely great at his job, the service from the staff at the Cypress office left much to be desired. The billing department and receptionist seemed overwhelmed and, quite frankly, unhelpful, which made the whole process a bit disheartening. I feel like if they hired a few more capable people in those roles, it would make a huge difference. It's really a shame, as the doctors there do excellent work.
