I really wanted to love my experience at Summit Children's Clinic, but I left feeling pretty disappointed. The staff was a bit rude, which was unfortunate since I appreciate a friendly atmosphere when I take my kids for their check-ups. I had to bring my little one in for a same-day sick appointment, and while the service was prompt, the overall cleanliness of the place could use a little TLC. I definitely think a more welcoming vibe would go a long way. Hopefully, they can improve on these aspects because the facilities are great, and the doctors seem knowledgeable!

Since my visit to the clinic in Midtown, San Antonio, I can’t say enough good things about the care we've received. Dr. Chandler is not only knowledgeable but incredibly friendly, making my kids feel right at home. We go for regular check-ups, and every time she takes the time to address our concerns and explain everything so clearly.
