Sparadise La Brea

I wasn’t expecting my visit to Sparadise La Brea in Los Angeles to turn out the way it did. My partner and I booked a couple massage, hoping to unwind and have a chill day, but it felt more like a workout! 😩 The service duration seemed rushed, and honestly, the staff didn’t communicate what was happening during the session. We ended up feeling more stressed than we started. I think they really need to work on their timing and customer interaction for a truly relaxing experience. At this point, I might just stick to my couch for relaxation. 😅

When I first stepped into this gem in Los Angeles, I knew I was in for something special. I was looking for pain relief and honestly, the atmosphere alone set the perfect tone for relaxation. Tony was my massage therapist and he was fantastic! He really took the time to understand what I needed, and let me tell you, the deep tissue massage worked wonders. I left feeling lighter and, surprisingly, my sleep has improved dramatically since then. The friendly staff made the whole experience even better. If you're in the area and need a break, I highly recommend giving this place a visit!

After visiting recently, I left feeling more frustrated than relaxed, which I never expected. I'm someone who occasionally seeks out massage therapy as a way to unwind, but this time felt different. I was really looking forward to some stress relief, and the service was just not up to par. The massage therapist seemed rushed and didn’t really listen to my needs. What made it worse was the interaction with the staff—there was a distinct lack of warmth or professionalism, almost rude at times. I believe in the benefits of massage and aromatherapy but I think they need to work on customer service and making clients feel valued. It’s such a shame because I was hopeful about this place, but unless there’s a significant improvement, I’m not sure I’ll be back.
