I was pleasantly surprised when I first visited South Bay Guidance Wellness Recovery Center, but my experience quickly turned disappointing. I went there with the hope of getting effective medication management from Dr. Martinez, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. The staff interaction felt unhelpful, and I left without the medication I was seeking. It was frustrating, as I had hoped to find some solutions for my mental health. I wish I had received better support during my visit.
