When I first tried to get a new referral for a medical appointment in Chula Vista, I was met with some serious frustration. The staff was not only rude but seemed utterly unprofessional. I understand that everyone has off days, but my experience felt completely dismissive. I left feeling like my health concerns didn't matter at all. For a place that is supposed to prioritize patient care, they really need to step up their game in terms of communication and staff professionalism. I hope they take these issues seriously because I certainly won’t be returning anytime soon.

I never expected to leave Scripps Health feeling so frustrated. I went in with the hope of understanding my healthcare charges, but instead, I got hit with unexpected costs that my insurance didn’t cover. I certainly think they could improve their communication about charges and maybe even follow up with patients better. I wish I'd had a more positive experience!
