When I first visited Jaguar Aquatics Wellness & Sports for the fitness center membership, I was really excited to dive into the variety of classes they offered. The facilities seemed great, and I had high hopes for my experience. However, I was disappointed by the staff's attitude. They didn’t seem very friendly or willing to help with my membership concerns, which really put a damper on my initial enthusiasm. It felt like they were more focused on routine tasks than genuinely assisting their members. I think they need to improve customer service, maybe with some better training for the staff on how to handle membership issues with a friendly approach. The equipment and classes are fantastic, but if the service isn’t up to par, it makes it hard to enjoy your time there.
