I never expected to leave feeling so frustrated after my visit. I went in hoping to get some relief for my ear infection, but after seeing Dr. Naranjo, I didn’t notice any improvement in my symptoms at all. The interaction was lackluster, and I felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously. Honestly, I think it’s time for me to seek out another healthcare center that can provide the care I really need.

I can honestly say my experience left much to be desired. I went in for a nursing consultation, hoping to get some professional medical assistance, but instead, I encountered a situation that was quite frustrating. Amanda, the nurse practitioner, had a rather abrupt demeanor that felt more aggressive than helpful. While I understand that we all have our off days, it was disappointing to feel dismissed and not valued as a patient. I think there's a lot of potential for improvement in communication and bedside manner, which can truly make a difference in patient care. I hope things get better in the future.
