California Tan & Kokomo'S Tan

After experiencing a few sessions at California Tan, I can honestly say I feel so much more confident in my skin! The staff is incredibly kind and really takes the time to explain the different tanning options available, from the UV beds to the delightful spray tanning. I really appreciated the 7-day trial because it allowed me to test different services without the pressure of a commitment. I do wish they had a level four bed for a more intense tan, but overall, the atmosphere is so welcoming and they provide packages that cater to every need. It’s become my little sanctuary for self-care here in San Diego!

The first sign of trouble was the long wait. It felt like I was standing there forever while the staff fumbled around, seemingly unsure of what to do. And when it was finally my turn, the person at the desk had such a dismissive attitude—it was just frustrating. I had a straightforward question about their spray tanning options, and it felt like I was pulling teeth to get a coherent answer. With a little bit of training and a focus on customer service, this place could really shine. For now, though, I’m not looking to return anytime soon.
