I must say, my recent visit to Sally Beauty in Hollywood, California left me feeling quite disappointed. I occasionally stop by for my beauty supplies, especially when I'm in the mood to experiment with hair color. On this day, I was hoping for some assistance in navigating their wide selection of products. Unfortunately, a young sales associate didn't seem to have the patience or warmth I'd expect in retail. Her tone felt quite rude as I asked for help, which overshadowed my excitement about shopping there. It feels a bit unfair that a place with such professional beauty supplies can have staff who aren't fully engaged or trained to assist customers effectively. A touch of training could really elevate the experience, as the products themselves are fantastic. I'll think twice before heading back there without the assurance of a better customer service experience.
