It’s hard to put into words how frustrating my experience at Safer Foundation was when I went to retrieve my husband’s belongings. I was hopeful as I had heard good things, but my experience turned sour pretty quickly. The staff seemed unresponsive and didn’t communicate clearly about the process, which left me feeling confused and anxious. I just wanted to get his things without all the hassle! I think improving staff communication and accountability could really make a difference here. It's such an important service, and I wish I had a better experience.
