Since my visit for a telehealth consultation, I have to say I was left feeling a bit disappointed. The appointment itself was okay, but I really expected more in terms of follow-up communication. After our initial chat, I didn't hear back, which felt disheartening when I was hoping for some support and guidance. The staff seemed a bit disengaged during the session too, which didn’t help create a comfortable atmosphere. I know these services are vital for many, and I'd love to see improvements in how they connect with clients afterward. Overall, I think there’s a lot of potential here, but it needs some work to really shine.

Without hesitation, I can say that the Ruttenberg Autism Center in West Philadelphia has been a game-changer for my child. We started taking our son in for some development support, and to my surprise, we noticed significant verbal growth in just a few months! The staff, especially Eric and Amira, are incredibly supportive and have made the whole experience so positive. They create a warm, nurturing environment that truly allows the kids to thrive. I love how attentive they are to each child’s needs, helping them develop their communication and social skills. I highly recommend this center to any parent looking for child development resources in the area!
