I must say, my experience at Quest Chiropractic left me feeling a bit disappointed. I went in for a deep tissue massage expecting to walk out feeling rejuvenated, but it just didn’t hit the mark for me. The pressure was either too much or not enough, and I ended up leaving feeling more tense than when I came in. I thought the staff was really nice, but I felt my expectations just weren’t met. Maybe it was an off-day, but I was definitely hoping for more for my stress relief.

I didn’t expect my experience here in Philadelphia to leave me so frustrated. I needed to reschedule an appointment, and what started as a simple request turned into a bit of a nightmare. The staff was not only unhelpful but seemed quite rude when I explained my situation. Communication was lacking, and it felt like I was bothering them just by asking for assistance. I also had issues with the refund process, which didn’t go as smoothly as I had hoped. It’s really disappointing because I was looking forward to their wellness services. I think they could really improve by focusing on better communication and streamlining their processes, especially given how important customer care is in this field.

After just a few visits to this amazing spot in Philadelphia, I can honestly say I feel like a new person! 🌟 I decided to treat myself to a massage with Aminah, and wow, did I need it! Life can get so hectic, and stress just builds up, you know? Her friendly demeanor put me right at ease. The atmospheric vibe, combined with her skilled hands, made for the perfect therapeutic escape. I walked out feeling lighter and more relaxed than I’ve felt in a long time!
