Initially, I was thrilled with how my nails turned out; the colors were vibrant and the finish was flawless. However, as I settled into my chair, I couldn’t help but notice that the cleanliness of the area left a bit to be desired. It’s such a bummer because I had high expectations. I believe that with a bit more attention to cleanliness, this place could truly shine. I might return for a quick touch up, but I hope to see improvements next time!

I felt brushed off when I asked about the various treatments and pricing; it was like they wanted to rush through the appointment. For the price I paid, I expected better care and a bit more respect. If they can improve customer service and ensure their pricing is clear and accurate, I might consider coming back. Until then, I'll be looking for a place that truly values customer experience.
