However, after my appointment, I felt more like a defeated contestant on a makeover show than a radiant goddess. The highlights were patchy, and I ended up looking like a confused zebra instead of a sun-kissed queen. When I brought it to their attention, the response from the staff was lukewarm at best—definitely not the helpful attitude I was expecting. Maybe I caught them on a bad day? It would be great if they could focus a little more on customer service and keep their pricing straightforward.
