Customer Reviews
Gloria J.
While I was looking for a good gym in Portage Park, I thought I found the right place to help me with my fitness goals. However, my experience has been quite frustrating. The facility often felt less clean than I expected, which is a big drawback for a gym. I also found the staff interaction to be rather unprofessional; they seemed rushed and not very welcoming when I had questions about classes or equipment. The variety of fitness classes available is impressive, from HIIT to yoga; I just wish the atmosphere reflected a more organized and supportive environment. I genuinely believe they could benefit from some staff training and better cleanliness standards. Overall, it wasn't the satisfying experience I hoped for in my pursuit of fitness improvement.
