While the therapist was incredibly friendly and worked wonders on my muscles, I found myself a little disappointed by the reception I received at the front desk. It felt almost dismissive, leaving me to wonder if I was interrupting something important. Although the massage itself was exceptional—blissfully relaxing and just what I needed—it's hard to shake that initial feeling. A little warmth and cheer from the receptionist would have made the whole experience that much better. I'll definitely come back for the massage, but I hope the front-end staff can also reflect that same level of friendliness next time!
