K.West Skin Body Spirit

I truly enjoyed my day at K.West Skin Body Spirit in Ann Arbor. The atmosphere is wonderfully soothing, perfect for a little self-care. Miranda, who took care of my signature manicure and pedicure, was super friendly and made me feel welcome. However, I did have some concerns with the quality of the work—especially the cuticle care and the polish application. A little more attention to detail here would make a huge difference! Overall, it's a lovely spot, and I hope to see improvements in the future.

I’d heard so many good things about K.West Skin Body Spirit in Ann Arbor, especially their facial treatments, which I was really looking forward to. I even bought a gift card with high hopes of treating myself to a rejuvenating experience. But when I called to book my appointment, I found out my gift card had an expiration date I wasn’t aware of—how disappointing! 😩 It feels like a bit of a bait-and-switch, considering I’ve been saving it for a rainy day. I would recommend revising that policy or at least making it super clear at the time of purchase. While the location looks amazing and the services sound incredible, I left feeling frustrated instead of refreshed. I just wanted that facial! Hopefully, they can work on customer relations in the future because I really want to give them another chance! ❤️

My first impression was hopeful—I walked in wanting a relaxing afternoon. I tried the laurel facial and also opted for a Qi beauty treatment, followed by a massage, manicures, and pedicures. Unfortunately, the service fell short of my expectations. While the treatments had potential, there seemed to be a lack of attentiveness from the staff, especially during my interactions with Katie and Miranda. They didn’t create the warm, inviting atmosphere I had hoped for, which was disappointing. On top of that, I had some questions about gift card policies and didn't receive clear answers, which is something that could definitely be improved. I'd love to see enhancements in service quality and staff communication. With a few adjustments, this place has the potential to live up to its promise.
