After my session for acrylic nails, I left feeling a bit let down, despite the fact that my nails looked amazing. The design was exactly what I wanted, but I wish I'd been informed upfront about the extra costs for the nail art. It was a bit of a surprise when I got the bill. I occasionally treat myself to nail services, and while I appreciate the artistry involved, clearer communication about any additional fees would definitely enhance the experience. Overall, great job on the nails, but I'd love to see improvement in that area!

I instantly felt a wave of relaxation as soon as I walked in. The two ladies who helped me were not only efficient but incredibly nice, making the entire experience feel special. I opted for a gel pedicure and dip manicure, and I couldn't be happier with the results—my nails looked stunning! The nail art options were fabulous, and it was refreshing to have such skilled hands working on my nails. Though parking was a bit of a challenge, the quality of service made it worth the trip. I’m definitely returning for my next pampering session!

I never expected to feel this disappointed after seeking treatment for a deep cut on my thumb. The guy who helped me was genuinely empathetic, which I appreciated, but the care overall just felt lacking. I went in hoping for thorough treatment and some advice to prevent future injuries, but I left feeling uncertain about my recovery. I wish there was more attention to detail to ensure better care. Sadly, I don't think I'll be rushing back anytime soon.
