When I first reached out to PrimeCare for mental health support, I was hopeful and excited to start. However, my experience has been quite frustrating. The scheduling seemed to be all over the place, making it hard for me to set up appointments when I really needed them. It felt like I was chasing after available times instead of receiving the support I was looking for. I believe they really need to improve their availability to make the process smoother for people seeking help. It can be tough enough to ask for support; I just wish it was easier to get it here.

I had no idea what to expect when visiting PrimeCare in Wicker Park, but I went in hopeful and left feeling a bit mixed. Liz Franco, the practitioner I worked with, definitely knew her stuff and was committed to helping with my medical issues, especially around authorizations. However, I found the communication from the staff to be frustratingly rude at times. If you're like me and want a supportive health environment, I’d avoid the snappy remarks and instead focus on finding more accountability and smoother interactions here. There’s definitely room for improvement, but at the end of the day, I appreciate the services they offer for our community.

While I was looking for mental health support in Wicker Park, I decided to try the behavioral health services offered here. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling disappointed. The staff interactions were not what I had hoped for—there was a noticeable lack of professionalism, especially from Andrea, who seemed rushed and not fully present. I really think they need to focus more on the management of their services and make sure they adhere to HIPAA laws. I didn’t feel secure sharing my thoughts and feelings like I wanted to. With some improvements, this place could really help those in need, but for now, I’ll have to keep searching.
