Once inside Pressed Massage Therapy, I had high hopes for a much-needed relaxation session, especially since I was planning to gift a massage to my boss. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite match my expectations. I was left feeling frustrated because when I tried to schedule the appointment, both calls and emails went unanswered. It was disappointing to find that their location appeared closed during the hours they advertised. I genuinely believe they have fantastic services, especially with options like deep tissue and aromatherapy, but the lack of responsiveness really put a damper on what could have been a lovely experience. I hope they can improve their communication—it would really enhance their reputation as a go-to spot for wellness.
