I walked in with high hopes of improving my fitness routine and enjoying some tanning services in Houston. The gym itself is pretty spacious, and there’s a great variety of equipment available, which I appreciated. However, I found myself mildly disappointed with the staff's knowledge about the machines and services offered. While they were friendly, it felt like a bit of a gamble asking questions, as their responses were sometimes vague or not entirely accurate. Also, I wish they had better communication regarding equipment issues; a few machines I've tried were out of order multiple visits in a row. On the bright side, their HydroMassage after a workout is fantastic for unwinding! Plus, you can't beat the convenience of unlimited access to the gym, especially for someone trying to squeeze in workouts whenever they can. Overall, this gym has the potential to be a go-to spot for fitness enthusiasts, but there's definitely room for improvement in staff training and equipment maintenance.
